Founded and launched in 2015 by designer and fashion entrepreneur Farah Sultan, ARNAA footwear brings a fresh approach to feminine and playful shoes of the finest quality. Inspired by Helen Dryden’s fashion illustrations commissioned by Vogue in the 1920s, ARNAA’s signature styles are notoriously elegant, whimsical and nostalgic.
Made in Italy, handcrafted using the best leathers and hardware in the same factories as Manolo Blanik and Christian Louboutin, ARNAA appeals to the woman who wears and appreciates luxurious comfort, precision and detailing as part of her unique style.
Arnaa is currently stocked in luxury department stores and boutiques in London, Milan and the Middle East.
Farah Sultan is of Omani and Kuwaiti origin, born and raised in Kuwait City.
Infatuated by fashion and particularly shoes from an early age, at 12 years old Farah already had the dream and vision to translate leaves and flowers to footwear, which she later used as her inspiration for ARNAA’s debut collection.
Farah studied for four years and achieved a BA degree in Design Management from the School of Architecture & Design at the American University of Sharjah in Dubai and later went onto to specialize in footwear in Milan at Ars Sutoria under the apprenticeship of sought-after professors. Creating shoes that are one-of-a-kind style statements of the highest quality and comfort for distinguished women around the world is Farah’s mission as ARNAA’s creative director.
Married with a beautiful son, Farah is now based in Kuwait with her family, where as well as running her shoe label, she co-owns a high end fashion boutique Grain. Keen to avidly support fashion in more ways than one, Farah is a member of the British Fashion Trust, where she channels her expertise to the industry members.
